“Together, we create supports that are personal, meaningful, and filled with heart.”

Rochelle is responsible for compliance across the organisation — policies, procedures, record keeping, incident reporting, and making sure the standards Three Points holds itself to are met in practice, not just on paper. She keeps the team current on regulatory obligations and worker screening requirements, and reviews how supports are documented and delivered so that participants and families can be confident in the safeguards behind their care.
Johnny runs day-to-day operations: rostering, matching support workers to participants, and solving the practical problems that come up in a service delivered in people’s homes and communities. He is usually the person coordinating between families, workers and the office, and the one making sure a shift that needs to change is handled without disruption to the person relying on it.
Jesse manages office administration — enquiries, scheduling, paperwork, and the record keeping that sits behind every service agreement. For most people getting in touch with Three Points, Jesse is the first point of contact, and the one who makes the process of getting started as straightforward as possible.
